Refund policy

We want you to love your piece. Because our items are handmade and 3D-printed to order, the following applies:

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or has a genuine defect, contact us at macpack3d@macpack3d.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.

The nature of 3D-printed products. Our items are produced by fused-filament 3D printing. Subtle, naturally occurring characteristics of this process - such as visible layer lines, minor surface texture, slight color or finish variation, and small seams or support marks - are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for return.

Change-of-mind returns. Stock (ready-made) items may be returned within 5 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable. A refund is issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Made-to-order, custom, and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective, as these are produced specifically for you.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards, final-sale items, and custom or personalized orders.

How to start a return. Email macpack3d@macpack3d.com with your order number before shipping anything back; we'll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior contact may not be processed.
