Shipping policy

We ship within the United States.

Processing time. Ready-made items typically ship within 2-5 business days. Made-to-order and custom items are printed specifically for you and generally ship within 5-10 business days; we'll note longer lead times on the product page or in your order confirmation when applicable.

Transit and carriers. Orders ship via USPS (or a comparable carrier) with tracking. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Risk of loss. Once we hand your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier; we'll help where we can.

Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly; re-shipping may incur additional charges.

International shipping. We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
