Under the Witching Tree — Engraved Wood Wall Art

A witch sits beneath a great twisted tree with her two cats, a bat crossing the branches above her and wildflowers running the whole way around the border. Eleven inches across and finished as a full circle, so it reads as a medallion rather than a framed square.

It comes in two very different looks:

Layered Creatorally — a dark surface layer cut back to reveal a pale cream layer underneath. Graphic and high-contrast, with real cut depth you can feel with a thumbnail. This is the one that stops people.

Natural Basswood — warmer and quieter. The figures, foliage and frame stay pale while the sky and canopy burn to a soft toasted brown, and the grain runs straight through the open sky behind her.
